Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in "Comments to the Editor"). The author has obtained consent from each other co-author to act as a Corresponding Author and to proceed with the following submission. The Corresponding Author will provide correct and up-to-date contact and affiliation information for each co-author of the work.
- The author is aware of the policies of the journal, particularly the reviewing process and the Code of Conduct. In “Comments for the Editor” you can indicate suggested and/or unwanted reviewers.
- The submission file is in OpenDocument (.odt) or Microsoft Word (.docx) file format. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the full-text of the submission is anonymized, including the file properties (see How to ensure all files are anonymized).
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in "About the Journal".
- The article is accompanied by the Authorisation and Disclaimer form for publication, completed and signed by all authors. The author is committed, under his/her own responsibility, to obtain the release of the copyrighted images and to provide, in case it becomes necessary, a written declaration of release to the Editor of the journal. The author relieves the journal from any liability in the event of a dispute.
Copyright Notice
Copyright for articles published in this journal is retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. The authors agree when submitting their work that it can be copied by anyone for noncommercial purposes but only if proper credit is given. Thus by virtue of their appearance in this open access journal, the articles have been declared free to use, with proper attribution, in noncommercial settings. All authors are responsible for the content of their work, including proper citation, attribution and usage permissions.
